Why Should I Choose Pro-Gate?

We are SafeContractor accredited and can provide risk and method statements on request. 


We are big enough to cope but small enough to care!

Do You Do Site Surveys?

Yes, we are able to provide a complete service whereby we attend to carry out a site survey, supply the required products and install and commission them. If you wish to arrange, please see our contacts page for details.

I am worried about Gate Safety, Are Your Products Compliant?

Yes, all of the products we sell and install comply to the latest regulations. We are members of the Gate Safe organisation and our engineers have attended their accredited courses to ensure that all installation work is in line with current standards. 


For supply only products, we are happy to advise on accessories required in order to ensure you are provided with the correct equipment that once installed, meets the current regulations.

Can I get PDF & CAD Drawings of Your Products?

Yes, this is a service we provide. We are able to send drawings in both formats, should they be required.

What is Your Warranty Period?

For both supply only and installation, the warranty period is 12 months. If you wish to have an extended warranty period, please contact us with your requirements.

Installed items have labour inclusive for the warranty period. Supply only items cover supply only of warranty replacement parts. 

What is the return policy?

The majority of our products are made to measure/bespoke therefore a return option is not available. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
