Do you do site surveys?


Yes, we are able to provide a complete service whereby we attend to carry out a site survey, supply the required products and install and commission them. If you wish to arrange, please see our contacts page for details.




Can I get CAD drawings and PDF drawings for the products?


Yes, this is a service we provide. We are able to send drawings in both formats, should they be required.




Why should I choose Pro-Gate?


Pro-Gate have been in the perimeter security industry for many years and have in depth knowledge of the products available. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority. We are CHAS accredited and can provide risk and method statements on request. We are big enough to cope but small enough to care!




I am worried about gate safety, are your products compliant?


Yes, all of the products we sell and install comply to the latest regulations. We are members of the Gate Safe organisation and our engineers have attended their accredited courses to ensure that all installation work is in line with current standards. For supply only products, we are happy to advise on accessories required in order to ensure you are provided with the correct equipment that once installed, meets the current regulations.




I am buying from your online store and do not require installation, is help available if required?


Yes, all of the products in our online store come complete with operation and maintenance manuals. Pro-Gate are also pleased to offer telephone support where required. If you find yourselves with a supply only product and following delivery, require an installation service, we would be happy to discuss your installation requirements and provide a quotation.




What warranty is offered on your products and installation work?


For both supply only and installation, the warranty period is 12 months. If you wish to have an extended warranty period, please contact us with your requirements.




How can I make payment?

I have bought from your online store, how will I recieve the products?


The majority of the products in our store are delivered on a pallet. Our palletised deliveries are as standard 'Client to Offload' and the reciever would need to have a forklift truck for offloading the delivery. We are able to make arrangements for an offloading service should this be required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. For the larger items such as gates, a hi-ab delivery lorry is arranged to offload the products into position for onsite installers. Delivery will be discussed and confirmed prior to arrangements being made.
