DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Policy

Due to the size of our products, the majority of deliveries will be palletised and will require the client to provide offloading facilities. 

Deliveries for larger items such as sliding gates, will be made via a hi-ab lorry and the equipment lifted into position for you. 

Failed deliveries will incur an extra cost for re-delivery. All delivery times given are estimated.

Return & Exchange Policy

To arrange a return, please contact us using our contact form. All returns must be arranged and confirmed in writing prior to transportation being arranged.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer return of products which are made to order unless they are defective. In such a circumstance an engineer will attempt to rectify any issues prior to a return being arranged.

Any goods which are agreed to be returned must be in resellable condition (unless they were damaged or defective when delivery was made). All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
